At The Lean Six Sigma Company, you work on an improvement project that has a direct impact on your organization. From the start, you choose a process that can be made more efficient, where waste occurs, or where quality problems are present. You tackle this systematically using the DMAIC structure (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). In the Define phase, you determine the problem and set clear objectives.
During the Measure phase, you collect data to accurately map out the problem. In the Analyze phase, you investigate the root causes and identify opportunities for improvement. Then, in the Improve phase, you implement practical solutions, and in the Control phase, you secure the results so that the improvements are lasting. Throughout the training, you apply each step directly to your project, with the guidance of an experienced (Master) Black Belt, who supports you through every phase.
Depending on your track, such as a Summer Course or a regular training, you go through the DMAIC cycle in a short and intensive trajectory or spread out over several months. Upon successful completion, your project will be assessed, and you will receive an internationally recognized certificate, demonstrating that you not only understand Lean Six Sigma but can also effectively apply it to realize lasting improvements within your organization.
